You don’t need to be serious about it either, just find a different hobby once you have enough stuff for the current one. I’ve played the guitar, painted, made moonshine, tried to make sausages and other cooking related activities, I like to go camping and now have all you can think of for that, I like doing stuff with computers and arduino’s and stuff, I’ve got tons of books both fiction and howtos, and a lot more I forgot about. These days my wife and I give each other a night in a hotel or spa somewhere for some us time.
